First, you can schedule a consult call through our portal or you can just send a text or email if you have any questions before you are ready to set up your consult. We also offer in person contract signings and consultations at your request.
If you have decided you would like to go through with booking Buffaluv Soundz the next step is a contract and down payment. To hold your date you will need to provide a $500.00 non refundable retainer within 21 days of signing your contract, the remaining balance will be due 30 days before the start of the event or 60 days if you plan to pay by check.
A contract will be completed through our HoneyBook portal. Please review the refund policy by clicking terms and conditions. Once the contract is completed and the deposit is received the date is officially added to the Buffaluv Soundz schedule. due to limited availability for event dates , in the event of a cancellation the full balance on the contract will still be owed. There are only about 25 Saturdays in wedding season so we have to protect them for couples who are 100% positive they want us there for them on the big day.
